Kramers Ergot 7 at Desert Island Books

I just got back from my new all-time favorite comic store Desert Island Books, in brooklyn, where they were having a signing for the new Kramers Ergot 7 book. I took this crappy picture on my phone of Adrian Tomine, and Kim Deitch sitting at the same table signing plates for the book. The book is expensive but take a look at it if you come across it, pretty inspiring.

hello everyone

My friend David Jacobs always says "slow and steady wins the race", well I hope that's true with me and technology. This is a self portrait I made in Jessica Abel's class where I had to portray myself as a character in a panel from an artist I admired I chose David B. I decided that my artwork will slowly makes it way into public consumption with a little description next to it. That is how my blog will function for now, I'm sure it will change at some point. For now I am happy to share slowly while I build up some courage. Jude
